A simple set of governing rules for how I work. These terms apply to every contract unless superseded by updates specific to a particular contract or project.

Francesco Imola—here referred to as "I," or "me"—operates as a sole trader providing services including web design, web development, copywriting, content creation, workshops, and consultations. I offer the services outlined in your project invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, the standard payment structure will be a 50/50 split:
Payment terms may vary depending on the nature of the services provided. For retainer work, payment is expected at the beginning of each month for that month's work.
You agree to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified.
Payment will be made via an approved payment card (processed through Square or Stripe) or by direct bank transfer. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the project. Payments received after the due date will incur a late fee of 10% per month on the outstanding balance.
